he likes me but he's not gonna ask me out?

last night brendan called me 3 times and he just honestly wanted to talk. he just wanted to chat and it's so cute.. coz the first time he called i was like

Russel: well i gotta go so i'll ttyl
Brendan: do u want me to call you after i eat?
Russel: why?
Brendan: sorry..?
Russel: what?
Brendan: do u want me to call you after i eat?
Russel: sure..

he said i sound different on the fone.. like, i don't sound like a man or anything.. but i just sound different.. so ok, we talked more after that.. and then i said i'd go to bed so we hung up.

TODAY:
i finally asked stephanie if brendan likes me.. and here's their convo

Stephanie: do you like russel?
Brendan: yeah.. she's cool. why? does she like me or something?
Stephanie: do u like her as more than a friend?
Brendan: yeah
Stephanie: are u gonna ask her out?
Brendan: no
Stephanie: why not?
Brendan: i'm busy right now

but idk.. like.. i was soooo happy then i crashed.. because of what he said.. eeeee... idk. i hate it!! urgh!!! whatevs. it's soo blurry as of now.. like honestly.. and like psha.. idk!!!

i was really happy when he said that he does and i called stephanie as soon as i got her text when she said that he said he does.. and when my dad got home.. i was so happy that i was dancing while saying "GOODMORNING FATHER!" and i gave him a kiss!! hahahah!

oh well.. idk what to do. brother needs to use the computer.. so later niggas!!:D
