when things start to brighten up ;)

i think things are going pretty well so far.
last night, i thought i was gonna get my head chopped off because of what i did yesterday when i tried to call myself out. i thought my parents were gonna confiscate my fone but they didn't. and they only yelled at me for a good 10 mins. that was it. so i think that's good.

today, i thought it was gonna be another bad day for me. i got called down to the main office and i thought i was gonna get suspended. as i was walking to the office, i saw garrett was walking on crutches and i wanted to say hi to him. but then since i was freaking out because i got called down to the office, i just ignored him. i think he saw me but i thought it was for the better that i didn't even smile at him anyway. playing the hard-to-get kinda thing.

so i saw him before second hour and i was gonna talk to him but he started walking to the elevator.. so i didn't bother saying hi to him. i didn't see him after second hour and after 3rd hour which made me a little depressed. i saw him after my lunch which is after 4th hour. he was just chillin by the locker area trying to get his stuff so i waited sooo many minutes before goin up to him. finally i got all my courage and i went up to him and i said hi. he looked at me, smiled and said "hey what's goin on POTHEAD?" hahahahaha! i was like.. OH NO YOU DIDN'T!!! we all started laughing. even liz and cody started laughing with us. all i could say was "i only did it once and now im a pothead? what is that?" then he was still laughing but he said sorry for calling me that. i knew he was kidding anyway so i just laughed it off. after 5th hour heather told me something heart-breaking

Heather: i feel so bad for garrett?
Russel: why? what happened?
Heather: well we had this partner activity and he didn't really know anyone from that class so he ended up doing it by himself and then he was getting ready to leave and nobody was there to pick his books for him so he took it with him and he almost tried to put down his books again because nobody would open the door for him. as soon as i tried to get up and get the door for him, some guy did it.

i felt soooo bad i nearly cried.:\

cute part: after 6th hour, i told him that i have to talk to him. so we sat on the bench and we talked about some illegal issues. HAHAHA. he had to take a quiz and since the conversation was dying anyway, he told me has to leave because he has to take a quiz. so we stood up and i was just u know waiting for him to walk somewhere because i didn't want to just leave him there because he was on crutches. so i was just standing there and he's liek "i would hug you but im on crutches" so i was like "oh hahah yeah it's fine. you don't have to" and then he started crutching towards me and he tried his hardest to hug me and i was like AWWWW! so cute.
